The Future of the Digital Government

Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome seven of the BC Government ministries to our Predictive Analytics Workshop, hosted in partnership with TIBCO. We had meaningful conversations about data science and the digital government as well as focused on how public servants can unlock existing data to make insightful decisions to serve citizens better.

We were honored to have Jaimie Boyd, Chief Digital Officer for the BC Government, to give a keynote address in the morning. Jaimie enthusiastically spoke about modernizing government services using machine learning and data science, as well as spoke to the ethical side of AI that should be considered in that journey. It was great to hear her insights! Thank you Jaimie!

Thank you to everyone who attended the workshop. We hope you enjoyed the sessions and look forward to building a better BC alongside all of you!
