AOT Technologies believes in the value of pay transparency legislation. Public, comparable reporting helps employees understand pay distribution and helps employers identify gaps and take responsibility for closing them.

We are committed to advancing pay equity and closing the gender pay gap. Women remain underrepresented in the technology sector, and pay is one part of that picture. Compensation is one of several tools we use to advance women’s status in technology, both within AOT Technologies and across our industry.

This is our first pay transparency report, and we see it as a baseline for measuring our progress. We welcome questions from employees and job candidates about this report and its contents.

The report has suppressed data in some categories (overtime and bonus pay) because there are not enough employees of any gender in these categories to meet disclosure requirements.
