AOT Technologies was a Bronze sponsor at the PSN Digital Leadership Day Healthcare 2026. The event brought together leaders from the healthcare sector, public-sector visionaries, and technologists. They looked at how Ontario can shift toward “Gov 3.0” intelligent care. This shift requires practical, scalable, and secure digital experiences. Attendees could network, share ideas, and connect, and they discussed how to ensure that public sector digital services are prepared for the future.

Recap

The event sparked important discussions about the everyday challenges of modern healthcare systems. A peer-led roundtable session, “Solving Real-World Interoperability in Public Health IT,” was led by Michael Kares, the Head of Enterprise Sales. The conversation centered on actual workflows among primary care, tertiary care, hospitals, and provincial programs. It addressed key problems, including EMR fragmentation, data-sharing rules, and cooperation among key players such as Ontario Health, CPSO, and the OMA. The sessions provided valuable opportunities to turn ideas for FHIR adoption, legacy integrations, and scalable API designs into reality. This led to important follow-up connections with over a dozen digital transformation leaders.
